The People’s Education Society, Jamkhed Dist Ahmednagar has been founded in 1951 with the vision ‘Transforming Rural Communities through Higher Education’. The motto of institution is ‘Shradhavan Labhate Dnyanamm’, means ‘If you have faith in knowledge and education, you will achieve it for the betterment of human kind by all means. The college is established in July 1984 initially only a single stream of Commerce. Then subsequently Arts and Science faculties are started in June 1987 and June 1991 respectively with a strong demand of society.
