The pace of world is doubling every year due to gigantic technological development and public demand. Quest for knowledge and passion of speed are the main driving forces behind the rapid changes and nothing can get rid from it. Not a single entity is left untouched by it. Even our social, cultural and political life have been consistently changing due to knowledge explosion. In these circumstances, task of delivering formal education became a challenging process.
